Mozilla NSS library has well known feature: it provides FIPS-140 module to protect passwords, certificates etc.
Since 32.1.0, Pale Moon uses NSS without FIPS-140 (and thus became unusable for me). At least, in linux builds.
Yes, it seems to be the NSS regression, not browser one. But this regression greatly affects the browser usability.

It's not that it's a broken lib, but that Mozilla disabled FIPS in NSS by default.
