So-called "private class fields", i.e. someone setting the transpiler or framework up to use the latest shinies.
However:

Once again using both the constructor() (which works) while also duplicating it with field definitions. You don't need the (unsupported) class fields if you use a constructor. I'd love to know what toolchain spits out this nonsense, so they can be poked to do it in a browser-agnostic way that doesn't
unnecessarily break it.
