I can't speak of for windows Pale Moon, but 64 bit linux Pale Moon 32.1.0 is available for linux because I just updated five linux hard drives manually and they are all running 64 bit linux Pale Moon (32.1.0).

And this message is being posted by me using 64 bit linux Pale Moon (32.1.0). I used the GTK2 tarball from the Americas at the link below.

https://www.palemoon.org/download.shtml
Linux Mint 21.3 (Virginia) Xfce w/ Linux Pale Moon, Linux Waterfox, Linux SeaLion, Linux Firefox
MX Linux 23.2 (Libretto) Xfce w/ Linux Pale Moon, Linux Waterfox, Linux SeaLion, Linux Firefox

I'm at this point, surmising it's a 32-bit issue. (and wait for an update process via regular methods on this basis)

The json was missing on the server (butterfingers selecting the files). Should be fixed now.
