The status bar is nowon the left... Anyway to shift it to the right again?

Please go to the add-on manager and verify that the "Pale Moon Status Bar 2.4" is enabled
If, not, enable it. If it's still causing issue, try re-initializing it:
  1. Open the configuration editor [url]about:config[/url]
  2. Find the parameter status4evar.firstRun
  3. Set this parameter to true
  4. Exit and restart the browser
