This part?
Added support for MacOS 13 "Ventura" in the platform, primarily benefitting White Star.
I would guess its on the White Star site https://www.dbsoft.org/whitestar.php

It did say "in the platform" (i.e. UXP, which Pale Moon builds on) and "primarily benefiting White Star".

But if it confuses people and should be strictly segregated to the White Star release notes, then I'll be happy to remove it.
