The character encoding of the plain text document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the file needs to be declared in the transfer protocol or file needs to use a byte order mark as an encoding signature.
yes its what the page it stops on when I try to log in. At that time its blank white page. the login process doesnt complete.
Not sure if anyone running pm has a digikey account...
Have you tried contacting digikey for more information about the failing login process? if they are willing to provide details why the login failed, we may be able to understand this a bit better.

I have tried to login and for me work ok. It automatically redirect me to digikey.it after login also if I select .com, but the login process is done entirely on .com

The site works for me too. The problem must be at your end.
I don't have an account there. So I tried with bogus credentials and got the message to try again because of my credentials.
