Just manually install 31.1.0

Just want to let you know that the same thing has happened with Interlink.
Will be downloading Pale Moon later.

In that case it may simply be a file system permission issue. Make sure that where you install it is user-writeable if you want to use the internal updater.

The internal updater process didn't fail the last time and I have been using these applications for multiple years now.

Ummm--you also have the option of the gtk2 31.1.0 I build for the MX repo, or the gtk3 one in the test repo (kinda lame, but it's the way I could think of to keep them separate)

Hi Steve,
I downloaded the GTK2 Tarball from the Pale Moon site and manually installed it which is how I originally installed Pale Moon.
I'm getting things in order to do the same for Interlink Mail & News.
