I'm migrating from windows 7 to specifically Linux Mint Cinammon Edition and I would like to know if it's possible to import all my user profile (including its extensions and bookmarks) to this new OS?

I suggest you use Pale Moon Sync to move data across. You should not copy your profile files across. There's another recent thread about this that tried this and ran into some pitfalls if you insist on trying to go that route.
