I got the "An update is available" dialogue on my screen this morning. I accepted, the update ran, and got to the choice between "restart later" or "restart now". I selected "restart later" and was immediately sent back to the "An update is available" dialogue. To figure things out I executed "killall palemoon" from a text terminal. Note I have a few profiles simultaneously open at most times. I brought up one profile and got the 31.0.0 Release Notes tab. "Help about" shows 31.0.0. So the update appears to have worked, but the "Restart later" button was sending me to the wrong dialogue.
There's a right way
