Off the top of my head (trying to watch the Grand Prix):

C:\Users\"UserName"\AppData\Roaming\Moonchild Productions\Pale Moon\Profiles\"XXXXXXXX".default\Signons3.txt and Key3.db for the passwords and \bookmarkbackups for the latest *.json file.
Each folder in the "Profiles" folder (e.g., "xxxxxxxx.default") is a different profile on your computer.

The json can be used from the import/export feature within Pale Moon's Bookmarks organizer, I think the Signons3 and Key3 files will need to be copied over to the new profile while Pale Moon is closed.

If you need to find your profile folder, the safest way is to go through Help -> Troubleshooting information in the application menu.
The page shown has a button "Open containing folder" under "Profile" which will open the correct (current) profile folder in Explorer.

If you want History as well as Bookmarks, you can copy places.sqlite as a whole.

More information about what file contains what information is found in the Mozillazine KB:
