I do not know the reasons but, this morning I had used the internal updater to go from 20.1 to 20.2, and had a variety of issues with stability, and speed. (Mostly speed and hang up issues) So, I did a thorough uninstall with Revo Uninstall and had done a fresh clean install of PM 20.2 – 64. Unfortunately the same issues had once again bared their face where they were not present with 20.1.
I do not know if I had kept a copy of 20.1 to go back to.

In order to find a solution to your problem, what type of issues do you come across?
First aim is Adobe Flash.
Second aim is Hardware Acceleration.
Blind-solutions to work with first.

It could be your Security software not liking the newer version, check any auto-sandboxing type features to ensure Pale Moon is given a free rein.
