i have just downloaded the pale moon browser this morning and currently the only problem i have with it is regarding the scrolling, it feels too smooth and slow if compared to google chrome default scroll and i was wondering if by chance i could change the scroll configurations to be more akin to googles scroll configs

You can fine-tune smooth-scrolling to your liking in preferences. Play with it!
