Pale Moon doesn't obey the system DPI setting on my Q4OS Scorpion system. I discovered how to do this within Pale Moon itself.
On about:config, change the value of layout.css.devPixelsPerPx from -1.0 to 1.25.
How to calculate the ratio:
My system's native DPI is 96. Forced DPI is 120. So the ratio is 120/96 = 1.25
Just substitute the numbers according to the values on your system.
Good luck.

Re: How to force DPI 120 for Pale Moon
It's still strange that your system DPI isn't picked up.
Did you set the pref layout.css.dpi by any chance?

I share what I did to get my desired result. If my method was wrong, please give me the correct way to do it. Thanks.
Re: How to force DPI 120 for Pale Moon
Just tried to change layout.css.dpi to 120. It doesn't change anything (I already changed layout.css.devPixelsPerPx). So does changing layout.css.devPixelsPerPx alone is enough? Thanks.
