Newest Version Anybody Else Noticed This??

The newest version of the browser at times the browser seems to be running 2.5 to 4 times slower and from time to time for 10 to 20 seconds the browser freezes anybody else noticed this??

I do not experience that. Create a new profile and then check again please.
On what sites does this happen?

It does not matter all sites I view I have average 35 to 37 tabs open at a time

Ok, please try again with a new profile and then open tab after tab to see which tab causes the problem.

it does matter which sites.
Are they media heavy sites or heavy on javascript.?
example sites would be most welcome.

I myself rarely have more than 3 tabs open at the most .

Of course having 35-37 tabs open which contain heavy media will slow a browser down a bit.

I haven't. Then again, I never have ~35 tabs open at a time. The most I ever have at at time is ~5-8, and they get closed as soon as they are read.
