palemoon browser on my T440p

I downloaded PaleMoon browser on my T440p (W7 Pro/SP1 64-bit). I have when using Palemoon. It only halfheartedly opens a website. I cannot even scroll the page down.it only shows what the screen can 'hold', no scrolling 'slider' on the right. How can I solve this?

It randomly happens. No specific website..by the way, I don't know how to provide more information than this. I downloaded the browser recently and it's up-to date

You may want to check if you have enough resources free for browser use. I'm not familiar with the hardware specifications of that thinkpad but if it's a lower end system then you may simply be running out of memory or there might be an issue with graphics acceleration on it.

Thank you for your quick response. My friends also gave me the same opinion. But, I'm wondering why the Lenovo Thinkpad T440P (20AW004FUS) Laptop with (Core i5 4th Gen/4 GB/500 GB/Windows 10) cannot support the browser. One of my friends said the sweet point for RAM is 8 GB for Windows 10 and you may face issued after updating. Perhaps this could be the reason.

Which is it, W7 Pro/SP1 64-bit or Windows 10 ?
CPU should be a Haswell i5-4300M minimum, according to Lenovo.

and a PC with the following specs,
Intel(R) Core (TM) i3-7100 CPU @3.90 GHz
4.00 RAM (3.90 GB Usable)
64.Bit OS, x64 based Processor
Windows 10

Where did you download Pale Moon from, what site?

Do you use Pale Moon on this PC? If so, do you see the same problem?

What security software to you use on the notebook? On the desktop PC?

It's Lenovo Thinkpad T440P (20AW004FUS) Laptop (Core i5 4th Gen/4 GB/500 GB/Windows 10) and it was updated from W7 Pro. I downloaded it from Uptodown. I haven't installed an anti-virus guard. Only default Windows Defender.I'm going to downgrade the Laptop since I'm experiencing lots of issues by now including random freezes and webpage not loading issues
