I'm afraid I don't know how to access that window, nor, I suspect, navigate once there.

Right click on addressbar and select customise.Then move searchbar to desired position.

Bingo, and Thanks! In Customize window, I saw Location and that was it. Don't know how it landed there, but thanks for steering me there!
