Presume this is a third party add-on! More info. please, you may have clashes with other styles or themes add-ons you are using, did this occur out of the blue, or after PM upgrade?

If you are using the built-in devtools for this (disabled by default in Pale Moon), make sure to set "devtools.styleinspector.enabled" to "true"
