memory.free_dirty_pages

Hello there!

I have a question about the memory.free_dirty_pages parameter in about:config.
What does it define? Freeing memory of a closed tab? Isn’t it better to set its value to true?

Whether or not dirty pages held by jemalloc are force-freed when minimizing memory or not.

No, I don't think so. But if you want to know the exact rationale for the default value feel free to do some research on searchfox/bugzilla.
