Is there a way to add my favorite addon?

Apologies if this is a dumb question, but I'm new to pale moon. My favorite addon for twitter is this one right here https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... d-twitter/ and I was wondering if there was a way to add it. I'm not too browser savvy and didn't see an addon for adding newer things besides ublock origin.
