How do I get rid of the black box and get back my IG video? Topic is solved

For the past three days I have been getting a black box where videos should play. I am running the latest Flash as well. I can see the videos in all my other browsers. I backed up my history in case I have to do a full. I've tried completely disabling Ublock Origin and it didn't help.

I still have to try and get it back. My love for IDM is so strong. I'm torn. I'll do a fresh install and report back.

Today I caved and updated and I am indeed able to see the videos again.

Much respect to @Moonchild This version is really smooth and fast. I was able to get a dark theme that's awesome. I can't use IDM any more but I am able to use DownThemAll to get the same video links I used IDM to grab. I reached out to the folks at Internet Download Manager and they said all that was needed was for Moonchild to contact them about getting a compatible IDM plug in created.

Wasn't that done, only to be met by silence or a response stating that "the browser changes too many things too fast" or something like that?
Pretty sure the people at IDM have no intention of supporting Pale Moon and are just throwing smoke bombs to confuse everyone.

It doesn't matter to me anymore. It hasn't since a few minutes into using it when I found I was able to use DownThemAll to do the exact same thing IDM was doing. I just logged back in here today because I saw an announcement for version 28.2. I don't even remember the release for 28.1 but from what I see people are complaining about I'll stick with this older version until maybe 28.3 drops. This is bar none my favorite browser and I use 10 browsers.

Thanks for the correction. Ok then I will be waiting for the next version after that one. This one I'm using works so well I'm leery about anything new. Firefox left me traumatized.

Complaining was about 28.5.1 and it was super quickly fixed in 28.5.2, you should be using the latest.
