Re: Spotify for artists "something went wrong"
Best would be to contact Spotify directly about this, perhaps they can deliver some useful information?
Re: Spotify for artists "something went wrong"
Unfortunately Spotiy's customer support is absolute garbage. I'm pretty sure they don't even know what Pale Moon is, and they would just tell me to use Chrome or Firefox instead since it works flawlessly there. But I suppose I can give it a shot. The way things are now I'm forced to use chrome regardless, so it's not like I have anything to lose.Sajadi wrote:Best would be to contact Spotify directly about this, perhaps they can deliver some useful information?
Re: Spotify for artists "something went wrong"
As they are the only one's who could know what the problem is with the "ccra.scdn.co" errors, this is your best (and most likely only) bet to get this solved. This and as already suggested using "mozregresion" as yami_ suggested.Ozzed wrote:Unfortunately Spotiy's customer support is absolute garbage. Also, as they have a Github page, perhaps you could take a look if you could open over there a bug report:

"Hey there! We're sorry to hear that. Right now, we don't have any info to share on this, but we'll let the team know about your feedback. In the meantime, we'd suggest using Chrome or Firefox to access the Spotify for Artists website /KA"
So... Their response is basically to use Chrome or Firefox. It's sad.

That thread could help you as start-point:

Also here:

I suggest open a new Issue on Github, post the relevant error messages inside including a visual evidence of the error and in general all helpful/important details of the issue and see what happens.
