Unwanted, un-needed message from PM
When I visit certain sites for the first time in a browsing session often I get the message displayed in the screenshot. Is there a way to avoid this?
I have four browsers installed on this computer, including PaleMoon 28.2.2, 64bit. PM is the only one that does this.

Pale Moon, Firefox, Chrome, Edge and IE all display this confirmation when you try to reload a page that was previously loaded using the data passed in the post request. This can also occur when restoring a session after restarting the browser. I have never seen this dialog when pages load for the first time. Please provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue, if it happens to you otherwise.

I have never seen this prompt message when visiting a site for the first time whether I'm using 64 bit linux Pale Moon 28.2.2 or 32 bit windows Pale Moon (28.2.2).
