I have my profile and install identical on both systems. Browser, profile, everything is identical for the install. Pale Moon 28.0.1 (64bit)
On Windows 10, everything works as expected. As does Win7 when the tab is NOT selected. On Windows 7 when tab is Selected, Hover replaces everything except the font color (border gets created, background color changes). The Font color stays White (--tab-selected-text) instead of switching to the Dark Blue (--tab-hover-text). This makes the tab text impossible to read while hovered because the tab text background correctly switched just not the text color.
