Pale Moon not opening anything, period

I usually use google.com as my test url but nothing opens. I have uninstalled removed everything associated with Pale Moon and did a clean fresh install. When I enter a url in the address bar or the search bar, nothing happens. It just stays on the default page of the clean install. It is not in offline mode. I use Win 7-64 bit with 4gb ram and an i7 processor. All other browser do open the sites with no problems.
I have even restarted my computer and there is no problems with the internet or router.
[edit] This is after the update to 28.0.0

Did you try safe mode or a new profile?
Front-end issues like that tend to be caused by incompatible extensions.

Operating system: Windows 7-64 bit
Browser version:Pale Moon 28.0.0
32-bit or 64-bit?: 64 bit
Problem URL: every url (cannot load ANY page from address bar or search bar)
Theme: none
Installed extensions: none (clean install)
Had to use a different browser to get to this forum as Pale moon will not open anything.
[edit]
Also opening ANY menu item or starting in safe mode crashes browser and pops up the windows error box that program is not responding and to close.

As usual in such situations you need to disable all your extension and then enable them one by one.

I recommend using either AdBlock Latitude or uBlock Origin, not both. Having two ad-blockers installed can cause conflicts. Pick one to keep and remove the other.

Thanks- disabling everything DID make it work. Although, I've made no real changes since the previous version of Pale Moon so I'm not sure why there was a conflict.
I reintroduced them, and right now it looks like uBlock needs to be disabled for it to run.
Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm not entirely sure why you think that upgrading to a new milestone on a different technology platform is going to be flawless so long as you don't change anything yourself.
You may not have changed anything and your extensions may not have changed, but the very browser you build on
has changed. So that means incompatibilities may exist in that situation if your extensions are made for a different version of the browser. Combinations of extensions may also cause problems if what they extend has changed significantly.
