Cannot get Download on Asus Support

Using the latest version of Pale Moon (Version: 27.9.4 (64-bit), on this page, I can click on the download link, but nothing happens - no sign of the download file.

However when I use Avast Safe Browser, everything works fine. This is just one of many problems that Pale Moon has with certain web pages. My prior posting about problem page on etrade.com is still unresolved (but to get to the problem page, you need to be logged in, so unless you have an account you cannot replicate my problem.
But this Asus page download problem is available to ANYONE.

Please try it yourself.

I really like Pale Moon, but in the last 2-3 months it has failed too many times, and I have to use some other browser, to get things done.
