Upload buttons on various sites not working

I noticed that whenever there is an upload button on any reverse image search site (Google Images, TinEye, etc.), nothing happens when I click on it. Why isn't it working? Any fix?

PM 27.9.3 (32-bit) with following add-ons installed:

Have you allowed popups for those domains? The upload buttons work here, but popups have to be allowed.
(PM 27.9.3, Win 7 x86)

Preferences > Content > click the "Exceptions" button to open the Popup Exceptions window.
Add tineye.com and www.google.com to your list of exceptions.

Just a note...
Safe mode doesn't "fix" things, it's a diagnostic mode.
If the upload buttons had worked for you in safe mode (all extensions disabled), it would have suggested that one (or more) of your extensions causes your problem.

But with extensions probably ruled out, look to your settings.
Test with a new, fresh profile (vanilla unmodified settings, no extensions).

Assuming you're on Windows,
You can do this either by 1) grabbing Pale Moon's portable version and extracting it locally (it uses its own self-contained profile).
Just delete it when you're done with it.

Or by 2) using the Profile Manager:
Run Command (Windows Key+R); type in: palemoon -p -no-remote
Then follow the prompts.

TinEye worked fine for me. I clicked the up arrow inside the circle and it opened the file dialog.
I selected a picture and it gave me a list of results (in my case 0, but I was expecting that number so nothing's wrong with it).
Haven't tried other sites.
Maybe you could look for any Javascript error messages?
Open the console with F12 (and select the console tab if necessary), then try uploading a picture and see if it gives anything.

The buttons on Imgur's new frontpage is completely messed up in Pale Moon v27.*.
Some stuff is located on top of the search field, while other things, like the 'Sign in' and 'Sign up' buttons doesn't show at all:

The buttons on Imgur's new frontpage is completely messed up in Pale Moon v27.*.

That is true for me also.
Imgur's frontpage is rendered perfect in Pale Moon 28.0.0b3 (20180715100026)

Yes, the display is off in PM 27.9.4 - and correct in PM 28.0.0b3.

But the upload buttons do work totally fine in PM 27.9.4
