Palemoon 27.9.3 (64-bit) on windows.
SAP Help Portal:
https://help.sap.com
shows empty page, other newer browsers work.
Any ideas ?

Confirmed.
Simply chalk it up to a page that will not work in PM 27 (or FF 38).
At this point, you'll need to use a different browser for it - be it PM 28 (alpha) or something else.

It works somewhat with SeaMonkey. The source code does not indicate any content on the page, so it must be generated dynamically. That page loads an insane number of javascripts and stylesheets.

It uses Angular, so forget about it.
