BBC Radio Problems.

Could some kind person suggest what's going wrong.

Wife called me to look at her Laptop, Windows 10 64 bit and up to date, she had tried to listen to yesterday's Archers something she does every day.

All was well until she actually tried to play when she got 'This content doesn't seem to be working. Try Again'.

This also happened when I tried to play a catch up TV programme, still the same after I updated the sound card drivers, mp4's and mp3's all played perfectly.

I tried to play The Archers on Firefox which is also installed on the Laptop and it played OK as did catch up TV, I tried radio catch up on my Desktop using Pale Moon and again The Archers played fine.

It would seem that it is the Laptop installation of Pale Moon that is broken somehow but it's beyond me haw to fix it.

Many thanks in advance for any help.

I have never heard of Archers and don't know what it is or what it entails. If you're having problems, would you please include a direct clickable link to the the site or pages you're having problems with.

Hi Mike, listening to the latest episode now: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0b5ts2b with Pale Moon x64 27.9.3 on W7 with the native User Agent. Catchup on iPlayer at 1280x720 is fine as well.

Cookies seem to be going mad, scores of DNS_testcookies**** loading - signs of changes rolling out?

Also plays fine on a Win8.1(x64) HP laptop. (BBC iplayer)

Listening to "The Archers" myself this morning on Win7 using Pale Moon x32 v28.0.0a4 with User Agent Mode set to "Native" - so still working in the milestone build as well. :thumbup:
Does it work for you mikeswift using Pale Moon in "Safe Mode"? ("Help" > "Restart in Safe Mode...", then select "continue in safe mode")
