How to select video quality on YouTube?

Unread post by mrmivo » 2018-05-20, 19:38

I normally just download YouTube videos with an external program (FRD), but sometimes it'd be convenient to quickly watch something directly on YouTube. In Chrome and Firefox, I can select the video quality for each video. In Pale Moon, the video quality is always set to 360p (since one of the last few updates there is no quality option anymore at all, and before 360p was the only choice offered when I clicked the cogwheel icon on YouTube).

Any pointers?

Thank you! :) The thread mentioned that the next milestone release won't be affected by this Windows 10 extension anymore, so I'll wait for that since it's not super urgent and I'd like to avoid the possible downsides of removing it.
