Pale Moon Will Not This Link All Browsers It Loads It Just Fine

I am trying to load this link it a shoutcast stream link if you load in in the address you should be taken to a stats page here is the link https://s2.free-shoutcast.com:18078/ Pale Moon will not load it at all all other browsers have no problem loading it. I am running the newest version of Pale Moon x86 is there any I can do to get this link to load in Pale Moon??

Is the linked page behind a login?

I get a "Secure Connection Failed" error - not just for Pale Moon, but for Firefox esr and current release too.

Qualy's gives free-shoutcast.com an excellent security rating, but was unable to connect to s2.free-shoutcast.com
("Unable to resolve domain name").

Qualys doesn't support custom port numbers, afaik.

I haven't been able to connect with any browser I have readily available, so I'm guessing it must be like.. SSL3-only or RC4-only or so. Which browsers could you connect with?
