Using latest version of Pale Moon, no add ons or extentions. Is there a way to keep viewed websites and pages from being shown when right-clicking the back button ?

Instead of that, why not customize the toolbar and remove back and forward buttons. Pretty doable!

Good idea! Once you do that, you can use Alt+Right Arrow and Alt+Left Arrow to navigate forward and back. (Use Cmd instead of Alt in Mac OS).
