Updating Pale Moon

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, but I couldn't see anywhere else it belonged. I admit it's elementary, too. But I keep getting Pale Moon update notices when I'm online and doing something I don't want to interrupt. But they disappear when finished. None of the Pale Moon links seems to go to any automatic update site; all I can find is the initial install.

Help > About Pale Moon > Check for Updates

Alternatively, you could also download the new version and install it over your current version, that will update it to the new version.
