For the time being I'll back out the NSS update and disable TLS 1.3 (since our supported draft will soon be incompatible with any server offering TLS 1.3 without the lib update) as I work with Mozilla upstream to find out what exactly is up.

maybe it is not new enough? there is some fix(don't know if they are related to this issue or not) in nss hg repo like:

Yeah, no more crashes for me with the latest version.

And Restarting in Safe Mode works just fine too.

Depends on what's causing it. I see MBAE loaded here, that's becoming a common feature, are you using MBAM Premium, or the MB Anti Exploit standalone?
