Delta Air Lines Website

Post by gstephan » 2018-03-03, 02:32

On the main Delta Air Lines website, after the trip information is entered, the browser throws up a "System Unavailable" message. If I use another browser, it works fine. I always apply the updates for Pale Moon hoping the problem will be resolved, but I'm always forced to use something else to complete a trip request.

Using:
HP Envy dv7 Notebook
64-bit Operating System
x64-based processor
Windows 10

I tried it a few times with different searches and it works fine for me:

That looks like an error 500 page or an error 503 page... Not likely the browser's fault...

Your main Delta page looks a little different from mine:

@ gstephan

I tried a few times booking a trip at different times and dates for a flight and all of them worked for me. And my main Delta page looked like your's with the orange sky above the mountain.

I'm using 64 bit linux Pale Moon 27.8.0 running in 64 bit linux Mint 18.3 (Sylvia) Xfce. Adblock Latitude 4.0.1 was also enabled.

Aside from server issues, these kinds of errors may be the result of disabling local storage, IndexedDB, blocking cookies or otherwise preventing access to browser features that are normally enabled.
Please include basic troubleshooting information as outlined in the stickies, particularly the output of help -> troubleshooting information.

Well, it's working now. I just realized I was using the 32 bit version instead of the 64 bit that I should have been using. Thanks for the feedback.
