When visiting thehill.com the comments on each article appear in a popup window which Pale Moon seems to render incompletely: it never shows a scroll bar on right so you can never access anything but the first screen. Safe Mode does not help and I tried a useragent override that exactly mimics FF 59 (which does render the popup completely) with no success. Clues anybody ? Sample page to test:

You could try a modification to a setting in about:config:Couperin wrote: it never shows a scroll bar on right so you can never access anything but the first screen.

dom.disable_window_open_feature.scrollbars - set to true
That should stop any blocking of scrollbars.
Re: Popup setting for specific site ?
Goodydino has it, toggling that setting cures the issue. Love you guys...

Also bug #1257887 (Consider changing the default for whether a window opened through window.open() to be scrollable)
