Unable to load page

I am running Pale Moon V 27.7.2. I have been using Pale Moon for at least a year and love it. I use it at work because it still allows NPAPI plugins, which make the website of one of my vendors much nicer to use. However today Pale Moon will not load the login page to the website. I have tried both Forefox, and IE, both load the login page and allow me to login and use the site. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Without a link to the site, anything would be just a guess. (My guess would be you'll need to add a user agent override.)

Does not load the page for me using 64 bit linux Pale Moon 27.7.2 running in 64 bit linux Mint 18.3 but loads the page using 64 bit linux Firefox 52.6 ESR as well as with 64 bit linux SeaMonkey (2.49.1). I assume a different user agent for Pale Moon will work.
Linux Mint 20.1 (Ulyssa) Xfce 64 Bit with 64 Bit linux Pale Moon

in my Vivaldi this site works well. If you switch the setting ↑ in PaleMoon will also works.

PM 27.7.2 wouldn't load.
Current Basilisk and FF 52.6esr: did load.
(Win 7 x86)

I tried the changes in about:config, but the problems is still there.

None of those suggestions works for me, with Pale Moon or SeaMonkey.
