Problem with Palemoon version 27.7.0 (32-bit)

Running Win 7 Professional, SP-1.

I recently installed version 27.7.0 (32-bit), and now I can no longer log in to my Chase credit card account for online banking. The browser acts like it's trying to connect after I enter my user name and password, but it never does.

I reverted back to version 27.6.2 (32-bit), and the log-in works again.

Any ideas about what may be wrong, and is this the proper forum to report this?
