And if you have just one tab for just the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5wHChbahlI website --- does the icon show in this case with just the one tab?

Also are you using Expose Noisy Tabs version 1.1.0?

What do you get in Safe Mode (if in regards to the first question above -- that is if the one tab still does not display the sound icon)?
