What happens?
Firefox: A warning pops up and tells you that the name is too long. The save-window stays open and you can modify the name.
Palemoon: The safe-window closes immediately, no warning, the file will get downloaded and then thrown away instead of getting saved.
No idea what the best place for this might be. Happens reliably every time, under Linux, all add-ons disabled.
