I still had this addon in firefox folder and i added it in extension palemoon folder.
It had installed after a warn but i can not know if it works properly in Palemoon.

The problem is exactly this:

Clicking a tab once and then moving your mouse in a downward motion causes a new window to open.
Time ago i solved this problem with this addon in Firefox.
Since few days the problem is present also in Palemoon to me.
Sometimes with some movements of mouse (random) it open new palemoon window and the tab move in other window :(

A tab will only tear off into a new window if it's dragged outside of the tab bar - that is by design.
Small mouse movements won't drag the tab outside of the bar and it won't create a new window in that case. Are you using some kind of very inaccurate pointing device, or does it have a lot of jitter? (hint: cleaning your mouse may help)

Thank you !
I know :)
In Firefox the problem was often.
With Palemoon 27.5.1 it' has happened only 2 times and i was in panic
Then i installed addon pasting folder in palemoon extensions subfolder and i hope it works.
Now i update Palemoon to 27.6.1, but i think that addon could helpful also for others users if the problem is confirmed and persists :)
