Can not download flash player from adobe.com

Unread post by staff089 » 2017-10-15, 05:40

Hi,

I think I have also a problem with flash.
So I uninstalled flash and tried to download the newest version of the flash player.
But I get this page:
2017-10-15 07_25_44-Adobe Flash Player Download - Pale Moon.png
Tried with a clean PM portable 32bit and 64bit version - same result.
It should look like this in Internetexplorer:
2017-10-15 07_30_26-Adobe Flash Player-Download - Internet Explorer.png
(Yeah and don't forget to uncheck the extras you get with the flash player...)

I think this is not a PM problem but a Adobe problem.
(A FF ESR version had the same problem)
Did other people experienced the same problem?
Any solution?

System: Win7 64bit

Greetings Stef

Admin marked this as solved. Still can't stream http://v6.player.abacast.net/6508 in PM but can their "sister" station http://v6.player.abacast.net/6509. I reloaded Adobe yesterday, 6508 will work in IE now. so something's amiss still.

What I get in both Pale Moon and IE is this for Radio station 6508:

I do hear the audio in both browsers. Do you hear the audio? Are you getting something different in either browser? If so please elaborate and/or if applicable to the difference please post screen-shot(s).

I get the exact same thing (hear audio) for the other 6509 radio station that you say works (only difference is that there is a static graphic included on the page for this station):
Radio station 6509.png
So I basically see no difference in regards to streaming the audio for either station in either Pale Moon or IE. My impression is that both stations work, the only difference is that the 6508 at this time when I'm testing does not render a static graphic and probably would at other times as when testing it was a Sunday sermon being broadcast hence no graphic at that time.

So from what I can tell both radio stations appear to work for me (unless you can provide a screen-shot or explanation as far as the difference between Pale Moon and IE for that problematic 6509 radio station you have referenced)....
