I realise Pale Moon has limited plugin support, but I'm hoping there's just something wrong with my installation. 3D video doesn't play, .jps and .pns files don't show correctly etc etc.
I have tested in Firefox, works perfectly.
What are my options?

The plugin is most likely not available for 64-bit browsers. Firefox is 32-bit.
Your option is to use the 32-bit version of Pale Moon to have better plugin compatibility (only very few plugins are available for 64-bit browsers)
