high cpu usage on youtube HTML5

Hello
I'm sorry for my English
So far I have used flashplayer on youtube and I had no performance problems. Since I was forced to use Html5, 360p video playback in full screen takes me 100% cpu. :x
I have used palemoon portable without adds and performance the same. :(

When I use youtube Html5 (full screen) in Firefox in 360p I have ~ 60% CPU usage,
In 720p I have ~ 90% CPU usage. :think:

Does any of you know how to solve this problem? :?:

My laptop:
core2duo 1,5
intel x3100(GMA965)
3gb ram
