Re: Is it possible to browse PM cache files?
It is not possible to meaningfully browse Pale Moon's cache files. By default, they are compressed and do not have meaningful names.
information about the cache is available in the browser (about:cache) which will also show you the disk location for disk cache.

Where is the cache of video streaming data located?Moonchild wrote:It is not possible to meaningfully browse Pale Moon's cache files. By default, they are compressed and do not have meaningful names.

Re: Is it possible to browse PM cache files?
That depends on the type of video player you are using. If using Flash player, the video files will most likely end up in "temp" folder, exact location can differ depending on your OS. While using HTML5 player, streaming data is most likely to remain in memory or in some cases can go to browser cache on disk. See about:cache.Latitude wrote:Where is the cache of video streaming data located?
In any case there is not much you can do with this data in this form. If you want to keep videos for later viewing, please consider using a video helper with the browser.
