I have successfully turned off tab animations by editing values in about:config but how to completely turn off anti-aliasing ? (I have just switched Firefox 3 to Pale Moon 15 and I want it oldschool)

Anti-aliasing isn't controlled by the browser. What you should do is make sure that, in the control panel of your graphics card, you do not force anti-aliasing on, but "let the application decide" with default off.

I have it forced to off in graphic card settings (NVIDIA GeForce 6200), also ClearType and Standard subpixel rendering is disabled.

Firefox 3: Image
Damn sharp is much better for me

You may want to have a look at the preference gfx.font_rendering.cleartype_params.cleartype_level, in that case, in about:config.
Also: gfx.font_rendering.cleartype_params.enhanced_contrast might help
