[Solved] Pale Moon 15.0 -> 15.1: High CPU usage

You may still want to check for a graphics driver issue as well if 15.1.1 doesn't help, considering Intel IGP drivers have a notoriously bad track record.
(And HDxxxx designations were first used by ATI, hence my confusion - not smart to name a later, unrelated chipset the same... )

I confirm that 15.1.1 seems to fix the problem, although there was a short lag on initializing my tabs (which was really short).
