Pale Moon forum

I use Paytm.com to recharge my mobile. But i can't log in to paytm.com using Pale Moon. When I click the Log in button like below screenshot, nothing happens...
But if i try to Log in using a browser like iridium, a Log in dialogue pops up, allowing me to log in. Screenshot also provided for that...
I am using Windows 7 sp1 64 bit, Pale Moon 26.5.0, downthemall and adblock latitude.
I tried disabling add ons, but it didn't solve the problem...

This happens for me too (PM 26.5 and 27.0.0b3, Win 7 x86), clicking produced nothing. It also occurred (for me) with respect to the 'Your Bag' and 'Paytm Wallet' next to the 'Log In' "link", and the hamburger menu at far left.

There was no indication of a link in statusbar on hover, so would this be a script...(?) In any case, javascript was enabled, cookies accepted, adblocker off. Firefox compatibility mode was on. Tried a vanilla Firefox 45 user agent override to no effect. Also tried safe mode, followed by a fresh profile (26.5) to no effect.

It doesn't work for me in Internet Explorer 11 too...

Worked for me in Firefox 45.4esr and in Iron, namely it offered the form for creating an account.

With FF, I initially entered the cookie permission without 'https' and the site didn't work. Re-entered the permission and it worked.

It used to work in Pale Moon. Now it doesn't...! But it works in almost all the chromium browsers I've tested so far...

Just gave your site another try: It now works with PM 27 beta 3. To be clear, for me this means: opening the page, immediately clicking on 'Log In/Sign UP' at top of page, and getting the log-in form -- I don't have an account and can't test it further.

There is also a change in how the site behaves for me with PM 26.5. It continued not-working if I went directly to 'Log In/Sign UP'. However it was possible to invoke the sign-in form by first clicking/opening any of the categories in the dark blue band just beneath 'Log In/Sign UP' (Mobile, DTH, Electricity,...Broadband -- etc.). This wasn't always reliable or smooth, it required some clicking around and page refreshes, but basically worked.

Nothing has changed on my end to account for the change, so presumably the site is responsible.

Thank's for testing . I will test it further when Pale Moon 27 releases and I will post the results.

Paytm.com works fine in Pale Moon 27... Thanks for all the help...
