Security bug in latest update to Palemoon browser
My anti-virus software detected a "suspicious cloud" in the recent update for Palemoon. It removed the security issue automatically. But afterward, Palemoon did not work. There seemed to be an error involving the tabs. If you closed one, the next one over would actually do the closing, or else the next tab would lose its content and become a blank tab.
Re: Security bug in latest update to Palemoon browser
Usually new EXE binaries are submitted to the antivirus cloud for check if they are dangerous. This is normal, but it seems that you antivirus program choose to mark Palemoon as dangerous, please check your antivirus and make sure that it do not list it as such. It seems that your antivirus is blocking Internet access to Palemoon.

Best to set your antivirus to ASK - not to allow it to do anything automatically (except known viruses), that way if a rare file (like a new update from a non-mainstream browser) is detected, you get a choice on whether to save and run it or not.
