As things sometimes affect 32bit and 64bit...
No problems with the upgrade but one thing I noticed. In Options > Privacy > Use Custom Settings For History, several of my settings had changed. Anyone else using these settings should check.

I just checked my settings. Nothing has changed for me.
Are you using the 64-bit version of Pale Moon, or the 32-bit version? I'm using the 32-bit version.

64 bit, but as there are so many variables there that's the reason I said it was worth checking.
