Re: Flash locks up pale moon
It's not Pale Moon. Adobe came out with some bad versions of Flash and it's affecting Pale Moon, Firefox, Chrome, etc.
I think it has something to do with "Protected Mode" in Flash. You have to turn it off, but since I'm a non technical person, a power user will have to tell you how to do that. Me, I'm just going to wait until Adobe gets it's act together and brings out another release after (11.3.300.270) because this present version of Flash doesn't work either.

here is my deal I had the same issues with flash on firefox but as soon as I started to use pale moon those issues went away so I guess now that this issue has returned I will have to load 11.3.300.270?

Maybe you haven't loaded any plugins recently, but the default setting for adobe is to silently update these days. This is exactly one of the main reasons I dislike silent updates, because things can now just break "out of the blue" with no indication what is at fault.

Re: Flash locks up pale moon
You can upgrade to the 278 version, but it doesn't work "out of the box" (for me) without some tweaking to turn off protected mode in a folder. I don't understand how to do that so like I said, I'm going to have to wait for Adobe to come come with another flash version higher than 270 which does not need "tweaking".
Non technical people like myself, if we try to go into a folder and tweak something, the odds are quite high in our favor of making a major screw up. This is why you need a power user to help you.
